Finding Yourself Between the Chairs

Finding Yourself Between the Chairs

This photographic work is like a mirror that reflects the search for human identity through the lens of furniture design. The creator, Varvara Strelnikova, cleverly uses the metaphor of “chair” as a representation of the “position” or “identity” that we seek in life.

This photography series exudes nostalgia, inviting you to dive into memories and philosophies about life’s journey. Each immortalized chair has its own character, like humans with their own uniqueness and story.

More than just visual aesthetics, this work invites deep contemplation. We are invited to reflect on our place in the world, the role we play, and the identity we wish to discover.

For art and design lovers, this photography offers fresh perspectives and critical thinking. For those who are looking for meaning in life, this work is a reminder that each individual has their own unique place in the world.

The use of intelligent and inspiring metaphors, a nostalgic and deep philosophical approach, as well as aesthetic and curiosity-provoking visuals, are the emphasis that the creator wants to show, which can make it unique.

This photographic work is an artistic reflection that is rich in meaning and provokes contemplation. The combination of furniture design and human existential quest produces a unique visual and intellectual experience. For those who are looking for inspiration and want to understand the meaning of life, this work is worth appreciating.
